Microsoft Office Free Trial Publisher
The launch of the new suite of Microsoft Office is not the most exciting thing in the world, which is used almost every day on my work computer does not facilitate not things. However, I thought it would be good to compare with previous versions to see how it stands up against them.
A free trial version was made available to users to download the final version is released. The beta will run smoothly until October 2010 so that users must decide whether to purchase the final version or have deleted from your hard drive.
Just because it costs money to buy more users can be even better with the free OpenOffice (www.openoffice.org), which also includes all necessary elements, but without costs. That said, Office Suite product remains a popular star in years due to business users who often need a function or a single application is included in Microsoft's offer. I, for example, using Outlook on a regular basis and have not yet found an alternative that suits my needs.
As it was not the biggest fan of Office 2007 (especially the "ribbon" interface discussed in the past) does not waste time to download the professional version beta 64-bit for the test. I used for a few days it seems noticeably faster than Office 2007 and incredibly secure stable. The increase in speed could easily be attributed the fact that the 64-bit application is now available to run on modern 64-bit computers.
Office Professional 2010 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, Access and Publisher. A publishing house is also available to download free trial which includes PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word and OneNote. It is likely that manufacturers of computer hardware with an initial version of a new package Once the final version was published. This includes Excel and Word, this version of Office will replace the aging Microsoft Works Suite.
It is certainly much more clear that the interface of Office 2007, although the effect of the band is always included, is an application much easier to navigate, the menu archives the family is back, minus the fancy borders and colors and can also be adapted to individual tastes of users. The appearance and application behavior as a "family" and are now more intuitive to use, following the more refined user interface.
An important development, which will be published in the final version, but not in the beta is the "Web Apps" that extend the functionality of Office in a web browser. It is very similar to Google Docs, an application that allows users to share, edit and collaborate on Office documents online. It is a very important new feature that has probably not arisen because of the success of Google Docs and I want to test when finished.
This article is not long enough to go into detail minor new features so I'll summarize noting that the changes from Office 2007 to Office 2010 is an evolution rather than revolution, Windows 7 as it was a change scalable compared to Windows Vista. Excluding web applications is to improve anything substantially new, but are certainly minor welcomes and the ability to test new software for free for one year.
