Most of us may not be able to throw the caution when it comes to our marketing budget. Most of us want our marketing programs and strategies to work the first time you try them, and as we know, is always a gamble. mailings are not what they were. Direct mail has the same impact. Seminars and workshops are expensive when the food is served, and is never a guaranteed return on investment in all this.

Today, there are other ways to market their community without having to spend tons of money. I am the first to say that "networking" never be replaced. The handshake and the ability to look someone in the eyes is even more important than ever. However, with some networking experience, you can start discussions much earlier and much faster than educate ever. Its scope has been enhanced by the power of the Internet.

I wrote about this before, but the truth of the matter is that this method of marketing not only the latest trend, but I hope will last. If you're not in this train, however, move quickly.

The important part to understand the marketing techniques of today is that building relationships and total transparency with your target market is the key to success. Gone those days when you can hide behind our websites.

Transparency does not write in Facebook, Twitter, or on his blog about the last fight you have with your spouse, or what the bad guys are neighbors. Here I recommend the initial accounts for faster results and more sustainable:

In short, the time has come. Indeed, time was there one year, but it is too late to start building an online presence.
